Danny Rohrdanz | Founder & CEO
Danny was born and raised in a small town in central Florida. He grew up with a basketball in his hands and an imagination a mile wide. He went to Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL where he was captain of the men’s basketball team and graduated with a B.S. in Marketing. After college he married his high school sweetheart, Courtney. His whole world changed in the Summer of 2015 when they welcomed their daughter, Harvest, into the world.
After graduating from college, Danny worked in marketing for a Tampa-based non-profit organization for three years. In July 2011, he founded Yellow Leaf Marketing. Danny and his team have the privilege to walk alongside numerous ministries, non-profits and cause-driven businesses; providing them with digital marketing solutions that work. As Danny became deeply involved supporting the work of so many unique ministries, he felt the Lord calling him to pursue his passion for equipping ministries in an even greater capacity. Danny joined the Jobs for Life team in July 2015 and combined his enthusiasm for seeing communities flourish with spreading creative, meaningful ideas. Danny’s passion is to help the Church do what lasts.
Courtney Rohrdanz | Director of Client Services
Courtney serves as Yellow Leaf Marketing’s Client Services Director and spends her time at Yellow Leaf assisting the team in executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns that exceed our clients’ expectations and enables them to achieve their marketing goals. Courtney spent the last 8 years working in the marketing department of a national non-profit, Family First, and most recently as their Digital Marketing Manager until she and Danny welcomed their daughter, Harvest, into the world in the fall of 2015.
Courtney is overjoyed to have the opportunity to work alongside her husband again after a 5-year sabbatical. The ability to work together as a husband-wife team on various projects for clients constantly challenges Courtney and allows her to sharpen her strengths and refine her weaknesses as a ideator, marketer, and creator.
Lindsey Woods | Content Marketing Specialist
Lindsey serves as Yellow Leaf Marketing’s Content Marketing Specialist (aka Storyteller). She loves being the team’s writer, editor, Facebook-er, Tweet-er, and Instagram-er. Lindsey enjoys nothing more than being able to string words together in a way that enchants clients and customers alike. After 2 years of freelance writing for the national non-profit Family First, she is excited for the opportunity to grow her online writing skills with YLM.
Lindsey currently studies English at the University of Florida with a focus on children’s literature (because growing up is overrated). When she’s not reading Alice in Wonderland for the hundredth time, you can find her doodling, daydreaming, or dining at cheap breakfast joints.
Amy Dutton | Website Designer & Developer
Amy Dutton is Yellow Leaf Marketing’s chief web designer and developer. She works with clients from conception to completion, making their website dreams a reality.
She currently resides in Chicago with her husband and their two adorable kids, Isaac and Adele. When Amy is not sitting in front of her computer, she’s hanging out with friends and family, watching TV, or reading and drinking coffee.
Christal Kotchman-Giardinia | Customer Ally
Christal works with Yellow Leaf Marketing as the Client Ally and Project Manager. She ensures that all projects and tasks are running smoothly, giving our clients peace of mind.
Driven by her passion, creativity, and desire to help people, Christal became the Founder and CEO of CKG & Associates–an Event Management and Marketing Company in the Tampa Bay area. She has created, coordinated, and marketed a variety of memorable events over the years, including corporate events, weddings, fundraisers, socials, and many more. Naturally, she gravitated toward serving many ministries and nonprofits with their event and marketing needs.
A graduate from The College of Charleston in SC, her degree in Business Administration and Marketing along with a Professional Certification in Event Planning equips her to serve YLM clients with excellence!
Mandy Davis | Graphic Designer
Mandy works with Yellow Leaf Marketing as a Graphic Designer. She is what people dub a “creative.” Her earlier years were spent in the music world, playing viola for artists and worship leaders. As she launched her career in graphic design, naturally her first clients were artists. Mandy spent a lot of time marketing musicians and speakers. From there, doors opened to design for churches, nonprofits, and the corporate world. She is grateful for the wide scope of clients she has worked with over the years.
Though graphic design has been an amazing career choice, Mandy would say her biggest accomplishment is being the wife of Tyler and the mother of Isaac. She’s also very involved at her church, volunteering with the youth and worship team, as well as doing design work for them from time to time. Mandy and Tyler love to travel and come alongside missionaries in other countries.
Karly Dampier | Marketing Intern
Karly is Yellow Leaf Marketing’s Spring 2016 Marketing Intern. Karly assists the team with her communication, media, and writing skills. She also brings in a creative business mindset from working with Starbucks. Karly is currently majoring in Communication, and minoring in Media and Journalism at Florida College. She also enjoys balancing college volleyball on top of school. Karly lives in Tampa and is a member of Cross Life Church–a missionary alliance church where she enjoys going on yearly mission trips with her church and family. In between school and volleyball, Karly enjoys working out, learning about nutrition, scuba diving, traveling, writing a book of her own, and planning for her wedding!
